Allison Crosby, CNP: Founder
Allison is a board- certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has worked in the field of psychiatry for over a decade. Allison obtained her Bachelors of Nursing from The University of Akron in 2013 and her Masters in Nursing from Ohio University in 2022. Allison also has several years of experience in nursing education and leadership.
Allison enjoys working with patients who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, schizophrenia and mood disorders. She works with patients aged 12 and above. She is a very outgoing and friendly provider. She values patient connection and collaboration on care and taking things at your pace. Allison brings a lot of unique experiences to this role including being the child of Indian immigrants and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. In her free time, Allison enjoys cooking, crafting, seeing friends, indulging in being chronically online, and being at home with her many pets.

Rickey Robinson, CNP : Co-owner
Rickey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience. Rickey has a masters in science, which qualifies him to practice as a mental health nurse practitioner. Rickey also has a masters in healthcare administration and experience as an esteemed leader in healthcare.
Rickey enjoys working with a variety of patients including those who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, schizophrenia and mood disorders. He is a very calm and warm presence. He values the ability to gain understanding of his patients through a thorough assessment. He enjoys getting to know a patient’s history as well as the patient as a full person. Rickey believes in working with patients in developing their plan of care. Rickey provides an open and supportive environment for anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community as someone who is part of the community as well. Rickey sees patients who are aged 18 and up. In his free time, Rickey enjoys movies, reading, trying new restaurants, travelling, and going on cruises.

Rachael Westfall, CNP
Rachael is both a family practice and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She initially received her Bachelors of Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2008 and has spent her entire nursing career in psychiatry. When she became a provider, she started in outpatient rehab and then moved to long term care facilities. Rachael has also worked as an instructor for nursing students in undergraduate and graduate school.
Rachel works with all mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma and more. Rachael sees patients aged 13 and up.
Rachael is guided by the philosophy, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. She believes that the best outcomes come from working together to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her soccer team of children and husband, doom-scrolling on social media, pretending to be a foodie, thrifting, and exploring the world.
