  1. What services do you offer?

    At this time, we offer medication management for your mental health and diagnostic assessments. The follow up appointments contain a little bit of therapy, but we DO NOT offer full therapy services at this time.

  2. Do you accept Insurance?

    We accept most major insurances including medicare and medicaid. We do not accept tricare and united healthcare.

    INSURANCES WE TAKE: Ohio Medicare, Ohio Medicaid, Aetna, Buckeye Health, Caresource, Cigna, Humana, Medical Mutual, Meritan, Molina, Ohio health choice, Anthem blue cross blue shield/ carelon. coming soon: UHC; we are unable to accept OSU insurance at this time - if you have this insurance, feel free to reach out to them and request that they make us a covered provider :)

  3. What are your self pay rates?

    Our current self pay rates are $250 for an intake and diagnostic assessment and $150 for a follow up appointment.

  4. Do you see patients via tele-health?

    We do see patients via tele-health! You must be located in Ohio but we can see you virtually! :)

  5. Do you offer ADHD testing? What is the cost?

    We do! This testing is all cash pay. Please send us an email to request pricing!
