What services do you offer?

At this time, we offer medication management for your mental health and diagnostic assessments. The follow up appointments contain a little bit of therapy, but we DO NOT offer full therapy services at this time. We also offer ADHD and Autism assessments

Do you accept Insurance?

We accept most major insurances including medicare and medicaid. We do not accept Tricare and OSU/ Luminare. If you have these insurances and still want to see us, please know it will be cash pay for services.

INSURANCES WE TAKE: Ohio Medicare, Ohio Medicaid, Aetna, Buckeye Health, Caresource, Cigna, Humana, Medical Mutual, Meritan, Molina, Ohio health choice, Anthem blue cross blue shield/ carelon, UHC/ UMR. We do not take UHC medicaid at this time but we will offer reduced costs to UHC medicaid patients if you tell us that this is your situation.

What are your self pay rates?

Our current self pay rates are $250 for an intake appointment and $150 per follow up appointment.

Do you see patients via tele-health?

We do see patients via tele-health! You must be located in Ohio but we can see you virtually! :)

Do you offer ADHD and Autism(ASD) assessments? What is the cost?

We do! These assessments are all CASH PAY. Please fill out this form and we can contact you with more info about the process. ASD and ADHD combined assessments is $1300, ASD assessment alone is $1100 and ADHD testing alone is $450. You may utilize HSA/ FSA to pay for the testing.
